Very, very lethargic toy poodle

Cocoa is about 7 yrs. old.  Since yesterday he started acting lethargic and now gives the appearance of getting ready to leave us.  He has been throwing up a bronish liquid and can not stand up, he is laying on his side, not moving.  He is breathing but seems labored.  His food was changed last Monday to Pedigree but didn't seem to have any problems until Friday.  Don't know what to do.  Vet is not an option as we have no money.

I just wanted to post my condolences for your loss of Cocoa.  I was hoping that it was just a stomach bug and that he would get better soon.  I know how hard it is to lose a pet and you and your family are in my prayers.  
Cocoa is now at peace and has crossed the Rainbow Bridge and will see you again one day.
