at what age is it safe to let a pup go outside (in our garden) in the rain? our pup is only 8 weeks old

Hello Colin,
As long as your puppy is current on his/her shots, it should be fine to go outside.  Its good for it to learn to stay around you while off leash.  Try to encourage it to follow you and praise it and give it treats so it learns to stay with you outside.
