i would like to know when the best time for me to bread my dog she has been in heat for almost a week and also how can i get papers on her i adopted her and the owner that had her has passed away if this could be any way possible that would be great

Unless you know the owner and the dogs name you will never et her papers.

Unless you have papers you willnot get a reputable breeder to let you use their stud dog and the KC will not regiater the puppies anyway.

Why do you want to breed her?  Just enjoy her company and get her speyed.
