Answer
Jim,

As far as both of these conditions are concerned, all you need to do is go see your veterinarian.

They will probably give you a specific cleaner for in between his toes. I have an American Bulldog who always has some sort of irritation between his back toes. You can also just try to clean it out daily with a baby wipe. What is most likely happening is that all of the gunk from walking around outside is getting caught in between his toes and it is causing an infection. You can also try putting some neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment on there, but you will have to watch him so that he does not lick it off, otherwise it will do no good.

As far as his ears are concerned, you need to get ear cleaner or ear flush. Your veterinarian can also prescribe this, or you can buy something at your nearest pet store. Clean his ears everyday for about 5-6 days and you should see a decrease of the redness and inflammation. However if he already has a yeast infection in the ears, he will probably need an antibiotic to get rid of the infection. Unfortunately dogs with big floppy ears are predispositioned to ear infections and they need to be check and cleaned on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.

I hope this helps solve the issues that you are having and I apologize for the delay in response but I have been having issues accessing the website for a few days.
