kitten who leaks urine

Hi, I rescued a kitten and he pees in the litter box but he also leaks pee when i
pick him up and pretty much all the time.it's not alot of urine but enough to
notice.  HIs penis is also red raw, The vet treated him for uti with anti- biotics, It
didn't go away. Can you please help me. HWat else could it be?

Hello Amanda:  Sometimes the pets need two rounds of antibiotics to cure a UTI.  If the first one did not work, then your vet can order another one to try.  Don't give up..

Also, he may have yeast on the penis.... Along with the UTI.
