Dear Jana,
Hai..i'm jeannie..i'm si anxious coz today i brought my bunny to the vet coz his routine sickness is coming back again...since he was 1 1/2 years my bunny got a problem...he always sneeze..and it's going worse day by day..for almost 3 yrs he has been assumed with respiratory problems. Later i went to another vet,he said my bunny stress with its environment...but i still not satify with their answer.. yesterday when i sleep with my bunny..i touch his cheek that there is aproblem with his bone...he got 4days chin n mouth wet...thisnis not the 1st time.. and already 2times i ask my vet is it dental problems they said not...2 vetvsaid the teeth is fine...n today i brought him again coz yesterday i found something unsual on his cheek n i ask my vet to x ray... and the result whatbi saw is dental problem..what my vet do with th teeth..trim it or should pull out the teeth...the bottom molar not seem good..i attach a pic of the xray o you..is it hi risk to surgery the bunny..my vet doesn'T dare to surgery...hiks....tqq so much..

I don't really answer questions about rabbits, which I stated in my profile. But if your veterinarian says that a tooth is bad, then it needs to be pulled.

Ask the vet if he has ever put a rabbit under anesthesia before and if he has not, then call around to a vet who has. That way you know that you have one that is experienced with rabbits and the right way to put one out for some dental work.

It's your rabbit and you do have choices!!So ask the vet, and then trust that he will know what he is doing. But don't be afraid to ask first.
