Answer
When puppies get sick "all of a sudden" they have usually been exposed to a virus or toxin from their mother and it could have been building up for weeks, at least in the case of viruses.

You need to get these puppies to a vet asap as I cannot help you much online. They need to be looked over and tested for their blood sugar levels, etc.

Could be that the mother's milk has become toxic (if they are still nursing) or that they have all contracted Parvo virus (very likely if they or the mother were not vaccinated).

So get them into a vet's as soon as you can. You might want to supplement their feedings with some canine milk replacer. DO NOT USE COW'S MILK whatever you do!
This will give them some serious diarrhea!!
Call your vet tomorrow or Monday. They might not last until Monday however, so call the vet tomorrow.

I hope that they pull out of this and make it. Please let me know how they do.
