cherry eye

Dog eye  

Dog eye   My 5 months old French bulldog was operated for cherry eye ( new technic )after 2 weeks the 3rd. eyelid start to be swollen from the parietal side, the vet thinks its tears,he aspirate and inject steroid and antibiotic
No improvement happen.
Can you kindly suggest what next can be done, thanks.

I still remove cherry eyes with my laser only removing the enlarged gland and leaving the rest of the third eyelid in place.  When they just "tack" the third eyelid down (the new technique), they often swell.  I don't know of a way to reduce this swelling.
