What is the best and safest (for me) way to give a cat a pill?

Answer
Wrap the cat in a towel (make a kitty burrito) and then take your non-dominant hand and place it over your cat's head.  Tilt the head back and the mouth will open slightly.  Using either a pill-popper (gun) or your finger put the pill all the way in the back of the mouth....push...close the mouth, rub the throat and blow in your cat's nose to make him/her swallow.
