bumps on pugs legs and belly....

Hello,

This evening I noticed my pugs hair by his legs looked lifted- as I got closer I noticed there were patches of hair lifted... i touched them and they were actually little lumps.. When I checked back he seemed to have more and they are on his side as well...
His vet is closed on Sundays- I'm going to call some local vets tomorrow morning but I just wanted to see if I could find anything out since I don't see anything online about it.

If these bumps just started, it could be an allergic reaction on the skin causing hives.  Usually some antihistamines will take this type of immediate skin reaction away. If they persist, then the vet may need to give a shot of a steroid or more antihistamines.
