Question
I want to know Is that the cat must be vaccinated and the house is in very good health and do not need it? Do you and must be activated dose vaccination every year or only once in life ..? I would like to know whether a cat should be vaccinated for rabies and leukemia? And what should be the most important vaccination Tokhaddh the cat? And is there an alternative to the vaccination of cats?

Answer
While I do not understand part of your question the common protocol here in the USA is that a cat be vaccinated yearly for feline leukemia, distemper, calicivirus and rhinotracheitis. Rabies is separate and is given at 5 months, then one year later then every three depending on the state.
All other vaccinations are yearly.

Indoor cats are at just as much risk to get fatal diseases if they sit at a window and there are stray cats around. Many of these diseases are airborne.

There is no alternative to vaccinations. To keep your cat healthy they should be vaccinated yearly or at the very least, every other year. All cats should be tested for these diseases before vaccinating including FIP, FELV, FIV and whatever else the vet recommends.
