QuestionI have a 7 yr old pug and he is urinating blood. he is not lethargic and he is eating fine.....what do i do/
AnswerApologies for the delayed response. Urinating blood can be the sign of a urinary infection, kidney problem, trauma to the penis or bladder or kidney/bladder stones. I would recommend a trip to your veterinarian so they can examine him and get a sample to perform a urinalysis. Based on the cause they can prescribe medication or other treatment to be of assistance.
Best of luck to you and your canine companion.
