Answer
While the difference is cultures is a problem here, the guidelines for feeding a dog should be fairly universal. We do not advocate the feeding of milk to any adult pet. They are lactose intolerant and while your dog may be used to the milk, it doesn't provide him with anything except some calcium and a small amount of protein.

Paneer, from what I am reading, is a type of cheese yes? Same for that- he shouldn't be eating it, but if this type of dog food is all you can buy, then he might need the protein from that. Mera dog food is a very low quality food from the ingredients I am reading on it.

He should also be getting a large breed food, not a regular size dog type food, and he should be eating puppy food for large breeds.

You are spending money and food on him when you could be saving it or channeling it into a better food such as Hill' Science Diet Large Breed Puppy Growth. He should be eating that twice a day and nothing else but water with it.

He would reach his intended height that way. He looks good, but his bone structure isn't going to grow properly on what you are feeding him.

If you can get the Science Diet Large Breed Puppy Growth then switch him over to it slowly over a seven day period. He will start to grow and change in about three weeks. It takes three weeks for the body to really show the changes on the outside.

You can order the food online if you cannot get it where you live.

Here is a link to the page about this food.

Try the three bag challenge and see how much he changes and grows.

You will save money in the long run because he will require much less of this food as he eats it. When he is one year you can switch him to Science Diet Large Breed adult.

Remember that not all labs are large. Some never get over 50 lbs. Make sure he is on heartworm prevention also and current on rabies vaccinations as well as distemper and parvo vaccinations.
