Question
How long does a cat's delivery usually last?  My cat is a small, young girl and so far her delivery has lasted about 2 hours and 3 babies.  She still feels like there are more babies to come out.  Any helpful advice will be much appreciated.  This is her first litter and she is roughly under a year if not 1 yr old.

Thank you,
Sharlene

Answer
After the first kitten the other kittens should follow within 2 to 4 hours depending on the number of kittens.  The fat queen will take longer; if it has been more then 3 hours since the last kitten this is a sign of trouble.  If you believe there is more kittens and she hasn't delivered in 24 hours take her to the vet.
