Question
I'm a girl in China, I'm writing to you out of desperation. There're no qualified vet in my area. Yesterday, I take it to a local vet, she did a feces test and say it was ok, then she gave us some Gentamycin Injection and Lyophilized Active Probiotic Powder, the two of which, I believe can not be used together. But the vet didn't say anything about it.  I'm pretty sure she doesn't get a license since she didn't seem to have any idea of basic medical sterilizing rule. She charged a lot which further upset me. My dog actually got worse after the visit.  I think all the so-called vet here are cheater who care more of cracking money out of the misery of pet owner  (i'm too upset, i want to cry)

Right now, I don't know what to do. I fear I'm going to watching him die

My dog, a two years' old Pomeranian, was always very healthy and active and no medical history.

For unknow reason, He has been vomiting for four days. He stop eating since day two. Day by day, he gets weaker and sicker. Right now, I can barely feel his heartbeat. He used to be hyperactive whole day with an smile face. Right now, He crouchs in a corner with such painful eyes.

he is vomiting yellow liquid all the time, bearly poop. We tried to use soap to help he poop but with no luck.

You probably want me to take he to a blood test or X-ray or something to help diagnose. But there's no such resource here. My mon works in a hospital. I could try to persuade them to run these test for my dog, but i don't know if it's gonna working out.

I don't think my dog had catched some really serious disease. he probably just stuck something in his gut. But left untreated, he's gonna die. If only someone could diagnose.

Answer
Hello.

Unfortunately I can not diagnose your dog over the internet.   With the vomiting and not eating, it could be an number of problems such as kidney or liver disease, an intestinal virus, an intestinal blockage, addison's disease....

To try to save your dog, you need to find a qualified vet who can run some blood tests, do x-rays and get your dog on IV Fluids.   The Gentamycin is an antibiotic, which when given to a dehydrated animal can lead to kidney damage.

The only thing I can suggest to you to do at home is syringe feeding small amounts of meat baby food, puppy milk replacer, electrolyte solution and yogurt to try to keep your dog hydrated.

Best of luck.
