pistachios

when i was away my dog ate about a 1/2 to a cup of pistachio pudding will it hurt her?And how can i help.

Answer
While pistachios are not toxic to dogs, they certainly shouldn't be eating them. Hopefully there was no xyltol sweetener in the pudding, as that IS a deadly toxin to dogs.
Plain sugar is not however, unless it's in huge quantities.

Next time you leave, lock up the pudding!
