Question
So my cat had 5 kittens a few days ago and one of the kittens has a few small holes in face that are infected over entire cheeks and covering over one nose hole making it hard for her to breath. Her mouth is also closed shut and cant open wide enough to get a boob in her mouth to eat. When i picked her up and she meowed it somewhat opened a little more but it looks pusy in her mouth like the inside of her mouth or around it is infected as well. She also has a pus filled lump on the top of her foot. She is getting weak and skinny and want to have her looked at but have no money and don't know what to do cuz i dont want her to suffer.

Answer
Are you saying that these three day old kittens are covered with sores that are infected and full of pus? And more than one sore? This is something very serious and you really need to have this kitten seen by a vet. The whole litter could get infected and you could lose them all including the mother.

This mother cat needs to be tested for leukemia also. Cats that have sickly kittens are usually sick themselves and are passing this on to the kittens. If she has leukemia then she really needs to be spayed so she doesn't have any more litters with this deadly disease.

You will lose this kitten if she isn't seen soon. There is nothing you can treat her with at home. You need to find out what she has and why she is getting covered with infected sores.

There is no way around this one. Maybe you can get some help from friends or parents for an exam. Where I live an exam is about $30. It could be more where ever you are but this poor kitten is in pain and suffering greatly now.
Please get her to the vet's office as soon as you possibly can!
