Question
I adopted a 10 week old Bengal kitten. He will only eat human baby food (chicken or turkey) or Friskies shredded canned turkey and cheese adult cat food. He goes on a hunger strike with every brand of kitten food, wet or dry. I've even tried stewing dry kitten Iams with chicken broth and mixing with the baby food and it's utterly rejected. This diet is giving him loose stool, so a rather big problem. He's been wormed and is very active and happy. But, I'm at a loss as to how to get him on a better diet to improve stools. (I have gotten away with mixing in powdered weaning formula so that he is getting calcium and vitamins at least.)

Thanks for any advice.

Answer
Hi Lisa!  Some cats, are unfortunately, very picky eaters.
Try a brand that you would like him on, and mix a tiny bit of it in with the friskies.  Every day, add a tiny bit more to the friskies, until by approximately the 7th day, he will be totally and slowly weaned onto the new food.  I have always found this to work for my finicky eaters and I hope you find it just as helpful.
If you have time, please let me know how he does!
