Dog losing weight

I have a 1yr old Dachshund that keeps losing weight. She is very boney and you can see her ribs. She eats hard food and 1 can of soft food everyday but still keeps losing weight. The vet has checked for worm numerous times but came back negative. What can be causing her to lose so much weight?
