Kitten Help

I have a two month old kitten and her eyes seem to be running a clear discharge and they seem a little red, she has a vet appointment on the 25th, do I need to make another appointment or is there something I can do at home.

Elicia, I would try to get an appointment sooner before this turns into something more.  Make sure she is eating and drinking normally and there is no nasal dicharge as well.  If she stops eating or the nasal disharge appears, get her to the Vet right away.
