taking care of 30 days old puppy

Have a 30 day old Pomeranian puppy which i adopted 3 days back. it behaves strange sometimes . mostly after he gets up from sleep he is not able to stand up at that point in time it looks like as if the body is paralyse . it takes 5-10 mins for him to stand normally. when we adopted him for two days he had fever and tummy ws upset , was vomitting after eating food. we give him cerelac . milk with water in it and gripe water 3-4 times in a day. please suggest what to do about the behavior of this puppy . we are really worried. should we consult a vet asap.

See if you can find a homeopathic or Ayurvedic veterinarian with whom to work.
Because of the young age, I do think you should consult a veterinarian. I would need too much information than this forum provides to help you. This is an unusual symptom if the puppy is totally fine the rest of the day. If he pup is weak off and on during the day, I would be worried about distemper.
Be sure to not let the veterinarian vaccinate the pup until he is well.
