Sick dog-- Having seizures

Our dog has been vomitting and having seizures. He is to the point where he can't walk much and is very lethargic(?).  He was drinking a little water. He's been like this for 2 days.  I'm afraid a butthead neighbor may have given him antifreeze and hamburger meat, or someting like that.  Is there anything we can do for him?

I am so sorry to hear your news. Losing a loved pet is nver an easy experience and especially under such unfortunate circumstances. Iam curious as to if it was determined if he was poisoned.
