Kitten birth

My young cat (maybe 6 mths) had kittens (5) last night finishing about 4.30am, tonight 11 pm she is panting and quiet with her kittens but it still feels like she has another inside her is this possible or is it just re-arranged organs would she have a still unborn inside her

Sorry for the delay. I am sure you know the answer by now because she is fine, or delivered more, or the veterinarian has answered you. I hope you will schedule her to be spayed as soon as she stops nursing.
