1 i have 4 more pic i i was wonerin wat my adult male dog has its on his back we get him cut like a lion ever seance then is hair hasn't grown back the same and his skin is really bad dark black scabs hair loss no inching but wont let U touch it and no licking its just on his back no bleeding or redness nothing moving around in there i thought it was mange mites but i work at a pet store five seen mites i don't thing its that wt do U think it is and what should i do i have money issues but i love animals so i cant just not do any thing bout it my mom says it might be skin cancer i don't know please help

Without a good exam, I cannot be specific on the internet, but this looks like post-clipping alopecia. The hair goes into a long rest when it is clipped in many breeds, like the Peke. Melatonin 1 mg given twice daily can awaken the follicles and in some cases the hair will start to regrow.
