Dog UTI

QUESTION: Hello I have a 7 year old Jack Russell that has recurring UTI's. She always has lots of calcium oxcylate crystals in her urine but she has never had stones. We did a bladder biopsy and her bladder was very transparent and had a major blood supply to it, the results was that she had cronic inflamation and a thickened bladder wall. The vet has said that she will have to be on Clavamox for the rest of her life. I have changed her food and give her wet food so that she has more mositure in her diet. I don't know what to do, she still pees alot all the time and she pees in the house. Then after she pees she will stay squatting and drip for alittle while. Do you have any suggestions??
