What is this coming out of my cat?!?!?!

Hi there, Abby: female cat,long haired, 3 years old,fixed..

just a few minutes ago my cat jumped onto my lap, and I was cuddling her...then all of a sudden I felt wet on my hand, and then saw that she had sprayed something on me. It stunk very bad. There was spray on my leg too and it was the color and consistency of dry oatmeal, except in smaller pieces. As far as we know she has been fixed. I am not sure if it's possible that she isn't completely fixed, and can still spray? or is there something wrong with her urinary tract? please let me know what this could be. thanks!!

Hi - I wonder is she has a urinary tract infection??? You may need to see the vet for some blood work... Are you sure it was the urine and urethra or could it be the anal area that sprayed you.
If it is the anal area then it could be parasites and worms... She would still need the vet for care.
