dog got hurt outside

My dog went outside came back with a hole in his side. looks like maybe a thorn got him, or something kind of small. but when he got back he was sick. throwing up green liquid. Won't eat anything. will barely move. What can i do to get him over this. it has been a day and a half over 24 hrs.

Your dog needs to see a vet right away!! He may have been shot and clean through his stomach. If you don't get him to a vet he is not going to survive. He might have been hit by a car, or any number of things.

One thing for certain is that he needs to see a vet immediately.
