I have a six month old pug. It look like he has hives. when he gets excited it looks like his skin is crawling. hes been throwing everything he eats what should I do. he already had all his shots

If he is vomiting you need to get him into the vets soon. His skin and his vomiting are most likely not a related issue.

Vomiting is not something that can be ignored. Hives are red, raised blotches all over the skin. This can be from many things- allergies to fleas (most common), food intolerance (which is probably why he is vomiting) or contact dermatitis.

His skin is moving because he itches. What type of flea control are you using?
What kind of food are you feeding? What sort of treats, snacks and table food is he getting every day?
