I have a 7 month old female...

I have a 7 month old female labrador retriever.
When she gets excited she starts peeing.

Is there any way to curb/stop this?
Is this something she will outgrow?

I had other female dogs who did not do this.

This is usually a result of "submissive urination."  Most dogs outgrow it.  One thing to do is to get her outside when you come home even before she can say hello.  There is a drug called amitryptyline (Elavil) that helps this problem.  Ask your vet about this.
