inflamed paw for 3 weeks very painful

We took our miniature schnauzer to vet, cannot find problem, X-rays, probing while under anesthetic, now on antibiotic and inflammatory. She has had this for 3 weeks. She tends to walk on three legs and her paw is also hot to the touch. Do you have any ideas about what is wrong with her? I would appreciate any infput. Thanks you

Hello: I wonder if you can get a second opinion.  The hot paw means infection / fever.

 If the antiboitic doesn't work, ask for another one to try.
