Runaway indoor cat

Question
I've been living with two indoor cats (both neutered) for 7 months in an apartment on the 3rd floor.  I live in a small town in Romania with quite a few stray dogs in the neighborhood.  Last night, one of my cats jumped or fell from the kitchen window that I left open.  I didn't realize this until early this morning.  This cat has never been outside.  What do you think he will do?  Do cats run and run when they're scared?  Does he have a chance of surviving?  Thank you very much.

Answer
The cat could of died from the fall and been pickin up by the city or something,or he could have survived and found the smallest darkest hole corner or anything that he feels safe to where nothing can get him, i suggest asking the city animal shelter if someone brought him in, call and ask police if they maybe found a dead cat, or go outside and think like a cat, and look under every nook and cranny you can find, call her name if you dont think she could fit somewhere look anyway,  if your cat has never been outside he will be very frightned and will be looking for safety.
