MULTIPLE MYELOMA/VON WILEBRAND/CYSTEN STONES

MY 2 year old English bulldog has 3 major things wrong with him and he has really bad diarrhea.  I am not sure what to give him nothing works.  he is on alkeran and prednison for the cancer. our vet says there is nothing to do about the runs I just have to find something he is on the K/D diet science hill for the stones. If you have any suggestions that would be great.  thanks

Wow, Tammy, I am sorry to hear that your dog has so many health issues at such a young age!
K/D is a great diet but you can add some boiled white rice to it to help with the diarrhea. That is probably drug induced but this might help. Canned pumpkin will also help sometimes.

That is about all you can do except use something like a fiber supplement such as Metamucil. They do make a Psyllium fiber supplement for animals, so ask your vet about that as well.While that sounds like it is just for constipation it helps bulk up the stool.
