my baby
i have a 13 year old dalmatian she has always been health but about a month ago she had  a nose bleed on her right side of the nose the first time it happen i took her the vet he give her some antibiotics well it seem to stop it and she didn't have a nose bleed for about a month but today she had a bad nose bleed just like the first one she had for years she has had what they call reverse sneezing can that make her nose bleed? i am so worried about her cause i really can not effort to get X-rays and all that other stuff can the vet give her something that can make the bleeding stop she is a good dog she not a outside dog she is in the house and for a 13 year old dog she does get around good and she plays and eats good she is a happy dog please help i do not no what to do i love her so much and by the way her name is Lucy well let me add this i just got up to check on her and now she is bleeding out both sides of her nose

Hi Sharon - Yes, the " reverse sneeze" could be causing this.  The area should have been cauterized.  YOU can try to apply pressure with a warm wash cloth.  Don't know if it will help.
Sorry, not too much you can do at home.
