My little Cavalier loves the "greenies" and I read an article the other day that they are not good for your dog.  Should I stop giving them to him?  Thank you.

Greenies are very high in protein and calories.  Overweight dogs should not eat them very often.  Any dog with a history of calcium bladder stones should absolutely NOT have them.  If he has any signs of vomiting or diarrhea after eating them, then I would discontinue them.  Otherwise, they are fine for a treat once or twice a week.
