Dog ate spoiled meat

My cavachon ate spoiled corn beef that has sat outside for the last 2 weeks in the pan because I fell asleep with it on the stove and burned it beyond recognition. I set it outside until I had time to try an clean it. somehow it wound up on the ground and he ate quite a bit of it I guess. He threw up 3 times tonight, and has been acting like he don't feel well. On the internet I noticed that dogs do this fairly often and are fine. i don't know if I should worry. What should I look for

He might be fine, he might have garbage intoxication from the bacteria. If he is still vomiting tomorrow you should call your vet. Dogs can get quite the bacterial overload in their guts and it can be fatal. So call the vet tomorrow if he is still vomiting, lethargic, or isn't eating his regular food. He will need some antibiotics to get him over this.
You can count on some major diarrhea also out of this for him.
