my 7 month yorkie is lethargic, has diarrhea and is throwing up. He has all his shots. I've been giving him pedialite and baby food...any suggestions on what I can do or what he may have?

Your baby could have anything from parvo to pancreatitis from eating some table scraps. Gastorenteritis is another one.

You don't want to risk it Mike, get him to a vet right away. Seven month old small breeds go downhill very quickly.
Even with vaccinations they can get a milder form of parvo. What you are doing now is good. Stop the baby food to give his gut a chance to rest and keep the fluids going into him until you get him to the vet's.
Give him pedialyte every half hour- about an 1/8 of a cup or 24 CCs in a syringe full.
Problem is with vomiting they lose it all which is why he needs to see the vet and get an iv into him.
