Canine Vaginal discharge

My 1 1/2 yr old German Shepherd was spayed before her first heat at 6 month old the last 9 month she has vaginal discharge about every 3 month the vet think it vaginitis does this sound correct?????

My question is when did it start? Does it attract make dogs?

If the answer to the second one is no, then it could be vaginitis. My next question to the vet would be why is she getting this repeatedly?

Have him do an vaginal exam under anesthetic and find the answer. It might be lurking up there in the form of a sticker in her vestibule.

There is no reason a dog should get this over and over without a cause.
