it has appear on hes hips a bit of a hair Los. we was to the wet, he had all the skin tests of that area and all are negative. we had him on steroids, nothing,he had antibiotics injections.. in one side it disappear,but in the other no. it seems to be like small spots under the skin,they are not eachy or feeld with nothing. and the hair cant regenerate... I'm sorry for my spelling and not pro description but i will be gratefully if U can give some info on this. thank you.

As I am a holistic veterinarian, the first thing to try is to feed raw meaty bones and pureed vegetables (1/2 and 1/2) with no rice or other grains. If he is on commercial pet food this could be the cause.

Look for alternative veterinarians and healers in your area. Homeopathy, traditional chinese medicine (acupuncture) or even chiropractic. Offering him local herbs could also help but you may need some local guidance on that.

Vit C, E, B, fish oils and Zinc are all important for skin problems.

Do not give up - there are cures for this.
