Two Front Legs Hurting on a Shar Pei

Question
QUESTION: My two month old puppy (shar pei) began to limp yesterday on her left paw.  Later, today her right paw began to do the same thing.  When she stands her two front paws appear to be bowed.  She has no fever and continues to be playful.  Also, I checked to see if she had any ticks and found nothing.  She is eating and drinking normally.  In addition, she is not placing a lot of pressure on the left front paw as of right now.  However, her walking ability has diminished slightly because of her other paw having similar symptoms.  She pauses when walking, and then lies down.  I have attached an image for your reference on the left paw (taken yesterday).  I'm just concerned since it is obvious that something is wrong.  I scheduled an appointment for her to be seen by the vet but must wait until Monday.  It is very difficult for me to see the puppy hurt and not able to help her.  I am writing to you to ease my mind; please provide feedback.

Thank you very much.

Answer
Hi again:  There are many things that can hit a large breed puppy with bone development/ Many times the vet can help with a Diet Change and medications...
Also, splints can be worn when needed with a little physical therapy.

Did this dog come from a Good Breeder?  Did they do genetic testing on mom and dad before breeding them.
What food are you feeding?
