A taste for urine

I have a 2.5 year old male (not fixed) Greyhound.  He is extremely attracted to urine and other dogs genitals to the point of frothing at the mouth.  Will having the dog neutered fix this problem?  Or, is this urine fetish a completely unrelated issue. If unrelated any suggestions to lesson the appeal of his own and other dogs urine?

It's all in the hormones! Most likely getting him neutered will help tremendously with this problem.

I would get it done right away. Aggression could be next. Greyhounds are great dogs but any un-neutered male dog can become very aggressive in a short period of time. With his interest in urine, marking etc, he could become territorial and that leads to the aggression.
