stray cat eye infection

Question
I have 2 stray cats that I feed. I trapped them last year and took them to vet for rabies shots. It was a huge project to catch them. I see now that one of them have a running eye (just the inner corner of eye). Should I try clavamox or amoxilum? I don't want to have to trap him again to take to the vet. If needed I will of course. Thank you.

You are to be commended for taking care of stray cats, but unfortunately I cannot recommend a antibiotic without first seeing the cat.

Call your vet and consult with him/her to see what the best option is for the cat.  I am very familiar with trapping and realize that it is challenging, but that may be the best thing to do at this point.
