Question
I have had a bunny(lion-head drawf/holland mix ), he is almost 3 months old and i just brought in another male which is a drawf rabbit. i thought i would put them in seperate cages beside them to get use to eachother. well when we set them down on the couch to introduce them, my first rabbit attacked it on its leg, ripping the hair down to the flesh of the leg. not bleeding now, at first itwas  barely bleeding. can i use neosporin or will heal on its own if kept clean and permantly seperate from other rabbit?

Answer
I am not that familiar with rabbits but Neosporin is a pretty safe drug. You might be better off just keeping it clean and dry and letting it heal on its own since rabbits are sensitive to many drugs.
I wouldn't put them back in with one another. Non-neutered rabbits are like dogs- they do fight.
Get them neutered and you won't have that problem.
