feline uti

Question
My 3 year old cat has been through 4 rounds of antibiotics and 10 lbs of "special" cat food. And she is still sick. She doesn't seem to be in any pain and she still uses her litter box. But anywhere she lays smells of urine. Can you please help her?

Barb, what do you mean by " still sick "???  Does she not have any energy?  You smell a strong urine odor?
