colloidal silver ok for a cat with possible cancer

Question
My cat (domestic shorthair, tabby) has a lump growing on the left side of his neck.  I am waiting for the results of a cystology test.  The vet thinks it could be cancer.  Whether it is or isn't, would giving him colloidal silver help him at all?  And if so, how much per day?  He is eating and going to the bathroom like normal.  He plays and runs around like normal as well.  He weighs 13 pounds and is 10 years old.  Any holistic advice would be awesome!  Jingies and I both appreciate it! Thanks, Christina

Answer
Hi christina and Jingies!  Well, I hope you get good news from your vet.  Yes, I sure do like Silver Shield by Nature's Sunshine ;  You can find Nature's Sunshine products at many health food stores or Whole food-type of stores.  You can also order it on-line:  Just give the children's dosage 2 x per day;  This is not a drug/ all natural.
You can take this with anything your vet also orders for your Jingies.

Next, Many cats are on the NuVET Plus Feline Powder.  NuVET is an immune system booster and over-all-great cat vitamin.  See here:  not in  stores,  Just give 1 teaspoon per day mixed into some wet cat food.  Some good cat food brands are :  Innova, Wellness, Merrick or Solid Gold.
