is my male betta fish pregnant?

Question
today i look at my betta fish its stomache is huge and round.and i dont know if it can get pregnant cause its a male and is by its self.

pleaze answer this as soon as possible.

Male bettas (or female bettas, for that matter) don't get pregnant, they lay eggs. So, your little guy's not pregnant, but more likely ill.

Bloated bellies are caused by overfeeding or by a condition called dropsy (which is fatal.) To treat your fish, you need to fast him for a few days, and then instead of switching back to normal food, feed him peas to clean out his system.
