Mickey Mouse Platties

I have 4 new baby  Mickey Mouse Platties.How long do
they have to be speperated from all the other fish before I do not have to worry about them being eatten? Will their parents help protect them or will they try to eat them too?Thank you for your time I will be waiting for a reply.

Hi Marian,
The babies will need to be seperated from ALL of your fish they all find them a tasty snack (even the parents). You will have to keep them seperate from the adults until they can for sure not fit in their mouth.
