   100% yes. This is a sure sign of a respiratory infection. I suggest that you take him to an exotic animal vet. In the mean time, raise the ambient temp to 85 - 90 W/ a basking spot of 95 degrees. Make sure he had water and that the higher heat doesn't lead to dehydration.
