cal king snake health question

hi im tracy i got my snake little under a year ago,and over the past few months he/she has lumps from half its body right down to above the tail,and has little or no strength from stomach to rectum.i cant get it to a vet and im worried is this a female thing?or is my snake possibly sick?thanks for your time
