I have a corn snake, and it has like a white cracked thing on its eye. It has shedded once already and it is still there. Any suggestion?

It sounds like it could be a retained eyecap.

Have you checked the humidity for your corn snake?  It should be around 40-60%.

I would suggest to soak the snake in luke warm water and seeing if the cap loosens up enough where you can rub it off.
