rat attack

hey, my snake was severely attacked by it's last rat..allllll my fault because i was super busy and left them.... he's chewed down to the bone in some spots but for some reason he's still alive... is there anything that can be done? if there's any way of calling me asap,i would really appreciate it..i live in canada and my number is ..thank you.

Hello Charmain,

First thing remove any substrate and replace it with paper towels. Buy some Neosporin and put on wounds ever other day trying to keep them clean. I will say it may end bad, bad there is always a chance of your snake surviving the attack. The only thing you should have in the tank is paper towel, water bowl and a plastic hide box.
